GOForth, in collaboration with Creative Stirling and the Stirling Place Partnership welcome you to join us at 44 King St, the new creative hub on the high street on Wednesday 20th February 4.30 – 6.30. The event will explore the possible ways that local business and the creative industries can work together to support a vibrant city centre in Stirling.
Through a showcase of GOForth’s recent collaboration, ‘Animating Our Streets’, with local artists, Mia McGregor and The Cube, and Janie Meikle Bland, of Picture the Possible, we aim to share examples of how collaborating with the creative community in Stirling can support economic development and footfall for the city. It will also be a chance to see the new creative hub, as Creative Stirling launch the first floor event’s space.
We are delighted to welcome Phil Prentice, Chief Officer of Scotland’s Towns Partnership, as our guest speaker. Phil will locate the work Stirling partners within the wider context of Scotland’s Towns Partnership. Jon Walton (GoForth BID), Joe Hall (Creative Stirling) and Mia McGregor will also share reflections of the project.
We look forward to welcoming you on Wednesday 20th!
